Ganon ( as a transformation for Ganondorf, like the Zelda-Sheik transformation ) [Technically, we already have that. Ganondorf's final smash. While it is BEAST Ganon from Twilight Princess, it's close enough.]

Kirby:

Prince Fluff [No.]
Zero [As a Subspace Emissary [or whatever the adventure mode will be called] type boss, yes.]
Marx [See Zero]
Ribbon [See Ghirahim.]

Donkey Kong:

King K.Rool [See Zero]
Cranky Kong [He's not even worth being an Assist Trophy.]
Dixie Kong ( could team up with Diddy ) [Part of the Forbidden Seven.]
Mini Mario [See Ghirahim.]

Star Fox:

Krystal [No. Odds are, she'll be ANOTHER FUCKING CLONE of Fox.]
Peppy [As much as it pains me, I'm afraid it wouldn't work out.]

Punch Out!:

Little Mac ( with Doc Louis as support ) [If you mean the Wii one, I would like him to replace Brawl's Little Mac. Also, Doc in the background as his support would make it cooler.]

Third Party:

Sonic the Hedgehog-

Knuckles [Not a bad idea, actually. As long as he's not a clone.]
Shadow [See Paper Mario]
Classic Sonic with Classic Tails ( think Ice Climbers with Sonic elements ) [I would disagree but, to be honest, there needs to be more characters that play like the Ice Climbers [NOT IN MOVESET, NUMB-NUGGETS.]]
Dr. Robotnik [See Zero]

Cave Story-

Quote and Curly Brace ( to be tied with each other ) [Also not a bad idea. He could have EVERY SINGLE WEAPON of Cave Story, using them in different ways.]

Metal Gear Solid-

Liquid Snake [Can't say much, as I've never played any Metal Gear game.]

Pac-Man:

Pac-Man [As long as it's the old, pixelated Pac-Man]

Mega Man-

Mega Man ( Classic or X preferred ) [Classic is far superior.]
Zero [...Eh.]
Bass ( Classic or X preferred ) [See MegaMan.]
Dr. Wily [See Zero.]

Street Fighter-

Ryu ["That is a NINTENDO hadouken." -JonTron]
Akuma [See Zero[MegaMan]]
M. Bison ["YES! YES!!"]
Chun-Li [If Ryu is in, Chun-li is in too, I guess.]
