you could pretend to be a dev and say you are going to release a pony game to the public, but need to have the funds to release it, so you can get shittons of money

and then you release a rom of crystal's pony tale, that you paid the devs a small sum of money to get permission to do so legally

if you get sued you say "I said it was a pony game though, I never, EVER implied the My Little Pony franchise in my description."
