there's a vast difference between complaining and contemplating suicide although it's understandable that being yelled at everyday isn't enjoyable it's nothing to think of ending your life over, also it isn't bullshit to say someone shouldn't contemplate suicide because there are people with worse living conditions because i can guarantee that it isn't a very fine line between being yelled at every day and being physically tortured and starved on a daily basis

Having to be in a constantly negative emotional environment can have a bad affect on your mental well-being.
If someone is constantly being called worthless and is also feels like they're worthless in comparison to their peers (her sisters) then their mental health may be a concern.
