I'm still not sure how OTB survived so long.

Considering that RD101 rarely did anything, and spent most of his time on the site text gaming and intentionally avoiding moderating, it had 3 idiot admins who wouldn't do anything and only banned those they didn't like, the moderators did likewise with post deletion, amsk8r was given admin and purged everything, destroying an unknown number of posts and eternally changing the forum's layout, then it was partly purged again by Ratiosu, flamewars were daily occurrences, and at one point nearly everybody quit, although they'd eventually return, several sites were raided, RD101 almost an hero'ed following amsk8r's purge, and Blitz another staff member, nearly suffered a breakdown, and it took RD101 pulling an idiot move and pissing everyone off to result in RD101 deleting the place.

otb was created when otff died. ots was created after several major fuck ups on the staff's part. otr was made when you and rt just decided to make a forum
