What I hate about modern RPGs

I absolutely hate how the whole world revolves around your character.

Skyrim for instance, you're the chosen one dragonborn, the one and only destined to take down a God capable of devouring the world.

Makes it hard to get immersed, it's like a five year old wrote the thing.

i have idea for game

you start out in a hotel elbow deep in a prostitute when the bad villian man breaks dow nthe door and aims gun at you nad then you engage in 45 minute cutscene
