[DEBATE] Roblox Mods vs. OTB Mods

Alright fuckers, lets get to the real business. Which set of mods was shittier, Roblox's current staff or OTB Staff (Any user who was a mod/admin at any time can count)?

I will represent the side that thinks Roblox's staff is the shittier of the two administrations.

Things that make Roblox Staff shit:

-Lack of moderation on the forums
-Moderators shitposting and attention whoring Clicky
-"Great unknowns", never contribute to the community other than the occasional ding dong bannu
-Moderators not thinking Fastlane is a tool clicky

Why OTB Staff was quality as fuck:

-Contributions (Such as RD101 mercykilling OTB)
-Effort (PURge took me an hour and a half to do, not even kidding)
-Charisma (Such as running multiple shitty ROTers out)
-Community (Every user on the entire fucking site has been an admin/mod at least once)

roblox is understaffed and the mods try to do their job
otb had more than enough mods and never fucking did anything

Except ROBLOX's staff is a lot better than OTB's.

Reasoning:
OTB was overstaffed but they did nothing.
PURge only took a long time because forumotion's acp is shitty
OTB's staff were not that big in the community
RD only deleted it because the community hated him and all his admins had turned on him
If I remember correctly, the ROTfags left of their own accord after seeing how shitty OTB was

Jay- Inactive and inefficient
RD- Inactive and inefficient
Ant- Pretty much the only decent otb mod
McKailey- There is no reason at all for her to have been on the staff

Here's one thing I want to bring up about RD, he was funny and I appreciated his presence. If you criticized him on a single point he'd run off crying and shit all over the forum in pure autistic fury. It was fucking funny, like a car crash that you can't stop looking at.
